We know it isn’t Thursday but we’re still throwing it back to last week to extend a pat on the back to some of our photography team.
Paul Devlin was shortlisted in the Sports Photographer of the Year category at the 38th Scottish Press Awards. Paul lost out to worthy winner, Ian MacNicol of Getty Images, but watch this space for next year. At only 26 Paul had a great portfolio and will no doubt have even better images at the ready for next year.
We’re also massively proud of Bill Murray who was the only Scot shortlisted for the Sports Picture of the Year at the 2017 NAPA Awards. He enjoyed a great evening in London and picked up third prize in his category for a striking image of Andy and Jamie Murray.
Win or lose being nominated is worth getting exciting about. Well done boys!
